Mohammed Aiyaz with his book “The Last Wish”
KARIMNAGAR: He is hardly 18-years-old and pursuing B Tech first year, but his passion to write about his dreams had turned him into a writer and now he is the youngest writer of the region.
He launched a firm called ‘Playworks Productions' publishing and published a book titled “History Repeats, The Last Wish, Vengeance of Blood”, which was released by Satavahana University Vice-Chancellor Md Iqbal Ali and Paramita Educational Institutions chairman E Prasada Rao on Sunday night at a function.
Meet Mohammed Aiyaz, alumnus of Paramita High School in Karimnagar town and now doing B.Tech (EEE) first year at Vardhaman College of Engineering in Hyderabad has become the youngest writer and publisher of a book “The Last Wish”. It is an epical fiction story of King Magadha, Diamond “Pavitranakshatra” and Egyptian mythology. He had printed 1,000 copies of books and they are available at Visalandhra Book House in Karimnagar town.
Talking to The Hindu here on Monday, Mohammed Aiyaz, a budding writer, said that his exposure to “The Hindu” NIE (Newspaper in Education) programme and participation in The Hindu Young World quiz competitions and daily reading of The Hindu national daily had helped him develop the interest towards English language and write a book. He is thankful for the guidance given by his school principal MS Sreesan, who also edited the book.
Inspiration
Inspired by his English supplementary reader book written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle noted for his stories on detective Sherlock Holmes, Aijaz developed interest in writing about his imagination from the school days onwards. However, he did not neglect his education and secured 533 in SSC and 870 marks in Inter and secured free seat in engineering college.
Encouragement
With the encouragement given by his father a Singareni Collieries employee Mohd Riyaz Mohiuddin, he started writing his novel on the computer and showed it to his teacher Sreesan. Within one year, he could write the book constituting 174 pages with 10 chapters.
He had already started writing another book on personality development for the benefit of student community of his age group.
He has to his credit of composing music tracks with the help of Music Composing Software.
He had already dedicated a song “Jeetha Jayenge hum” for his school on Republic Day celebrations.
He is waiting for the lyrics and singers to release an audio album with his music.
